     Coding Club

Welcome to the kids coding club; we do all sorts of fun stuff here from GameJams, Hackathons, programming Python, media creation & robotics just about anything. The main aim of this space is to be somewhat fluid, but perhaps the best description may be a Maker-Space that really embraces computing. The group is primarily aimed at kids and young adults , but we really do encourage all ages to get involved; parents, and older siblings shouldn't let the younger ones have all the fun. The space activities are aimed to prioritise capital C creativity with peer-to-peer engagement , but the main focus is learning through fun and experimentation.

We do have some requirements for participants; firstly all projects must be suitable for all ages and of course nonoffensive. All projects must be created using a form of creative Commons licences, to accommodate four other members who wish to build upon existing projects. Of course, projects income in as many different varieties as you can think of from videogames, abstract art pieces & robot just about anything. If you're curious to see what some of these products may look like they're listed to decide under the past projects section.
